Proposed changes to the constitution

One of the State Representative Group members, notice in particular just how still Wayne is when the bowler is coming in and goes through his delivery stride. Little movement of the head and use of the eyes gives a better reaction time to what happens at the other end. Excellent work in such windy and cool conditions too.
